very poor support in dealing with a request I placed via mail; the answers have been telegraphic without any sign of politeness, neither any interest at all in discussing my needs and if they would have been able to support. The last mail they sent me was just a fast escape from my enquiry. I wonder if this is their customer care policy...surely a place I will never enter nor enquire anymore and will surely not recommend to any of my friends. A customer, whether can be supported or not in his/her enquiry, deserves at least politeness....

Kept asking to give them more time to resolve a problem with my ps3 ( had it for about a month) to be told that they could not fix it (fair enough no guarantees), but could not tell me what they had eliminated as a possible fault or what they had tried, despite me asking for that information in advance and then after it being in there possession for a month told me they only looked at it for 2 and half hours! So why keep asking for time extensions? Lost all faith in the company and would stay well clear.
