DO NOT BUY FROM HERE Selling stock they don’t have!!! Awful company! Stay away. In response to your comment - it has been 5 days and I still haven’t received my money back. You are literally selling stock you don’t have, I don’t know how you can say that you’re not. It should say sold out on your website so it doesn’t cause customers these huge inconveniences of having money taken, you haven’t advised when I’ll get it back or shown me proof that it is coming back. I don’t understand why that is so difficult?? You need a better system and keep your records up to date. The person I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. So yes I still think you are an awful company.

I ordered a freezer online which I am very pleased with as the quality and the price were high and low, respectively! Amazing service. A phone call was received almost immediatley to arrange delivery. Delivered with a smile within 30 minutes. When looking for electrical goods I always check the O'Gormans website first because if they have what is needed the price and service will be second to none.

Very helpful and outstanding service. They delivered my washing machine and set it up as mine had broken down unrepairably after many years of service BUT this happened 2 days before lockdown due to the virus I had ordered the day before and they still delivered as promised I don't know what I would have done without one for an extended period as we are a couple of oldies. Terry who did the delivery and fitting was great, knew what he was doing and practised good distancing and hygiene control, he was also very lovely and polite. I can't thank you all enough.
