From the first phone call with Steven I had a very pleasant experience, all documents etc was done via the app which was very good and quick to complete when collecting the car felt feel safe with covid restrictions etc in place. Craig and Alban were involved with the sale of the vehicle to me and again were extremely professional friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would definitely use in the future. My car broke last weekend and I needed to get a new one and after finding a really lovely car on Auto Trader I contacted Hartwell to see what their protocol was for during the lockdown. I had an email and phone call from Lewis M the next day to make me aware the car was still available. He was very polite on the phone and had a look at finance options for me to purchase the car. I organised a time to view the car on Saturday and I felt very safe and everything that had in place was fantastic. The apr available on the finance was fantastic too. I didn't feel any pressure in buying the car or any extras on my visit. The Hartwell app is fantastic and makes signing documents quick and easy. A huge thank you to Lewis, I will 100% be recommending Hartwell to friends and family and would shop with them again.

At present the best APR you can get to buy an used car. A very young team, all very helpful friendly and professional. A very good offer for extended warranty, GAP insurance. It was pleasure to be their customer, highly recommended.

Excellent service from arranging a dedicated time slot for some warranty work to be carried out on my Renault Captur. The staff were very helpful and followed strict hygiene standards. Car keys are deposited and later collected from a tray with over 3m separation and a perspex screen from staff. The work was carried out and the car was returned to a customer parking bay for my collection. A very reassuring experience in these difficult times.

Recently visited here to look for a bigger car for myself I was greeted by Lewis who was very helpful from the get go. I told Lewis what I wanted to spend each month, what I was looking for and he came back with everything I asked for and explained everything perfectly. I didn’t end up purchasing a car as going to wait a few more months but because of how great the experience was I will definitely be coming back here when I’m ready to purchase.
