I attended the store in Kidderminster today to return a faulty PlayStation to manager Damian . He removed the play station from the box and used his shirt to clean the PlayStation disc game . He provided some confusing information around how the games and PlayStation pick up bugs and glitch . I explained to him that's the reason I'm now returning the goods. I got home and double checked my receipt and customer service returns policy, and as the purchase for was under a month I was within the terms to receive a refund. I called the store to inform the manager about what it said on the website and he still refused. I guess Damian was having a bad day running around kids employed as staff .

Payed. for 2 vouchers .one did not credit...refunded . try again ...no good & refunded again ...this took 3 assistances.new voucher ...success. Only got one main till receipt with one voucher credited after paying for 2...got my second recipt after demanding it....taller assistant or manager had attitude

Experienced very poor customer service from the manager (Terry). Refused to exchange an expensive product that had broken when under a month old and to no fault of our own. Have had to go the long route through the manufacturer. Would rate 0 star if possible..

Taken 700 worth of stuff. They cancelled it all and still taken the transaction and now I have to wait until the 17th to get it back AVOID!!
