Great service from Paul at PRA, he gave me a run down of what I needed to get my business premises warm and cosy. They completed maintenance on the units I had and installed new ones too. Very pleased with the outcome, reliable honest company.

On Monday 15th July 2013 during the heat wave we are experiencing my domestic air conditioning ceased to function. I contacted PRA at the Kidderminster branch and requested a service. Paul the conditioning expert called to see me and sorted out the problem very quickly, at a reasonable cost. I recommend PRA for their efficiency and expertise. In particular Paul.
