Just hateful and disgusting. The younger people there are inexperienced so i don't blame them but the reception is terrible, people are such a devil may be get one or two nice people but most of them are such a devil. I had appointment to a physician which is the best one as I being recommended by doctor. To be honest he is such a terrible person I have met in my hole life. He didn't even see me said me I had nothing. After that I being Bewedly and I being well treated.
Have been with the surgery for almost a year, having moved to the area. Receptionists and the other staff are friendly and helpful, and my doctor sorted out a referral I had requested no problem. I've found it really easy to get answers, advice, or appointments when needed.
Receptionists are lovely and Dr Popkiewicz is amazing. Thanks. Lovely, pristine and modern place with great doctors and nurses.
I took my daughter for a blood test, she'd not had one before so she wasn't sure what to expect. The blood test went well and my daughter seemed to be fine, but upon reaching the reception to book another appointment my daughter started to go lightheaded and dizzy. The staff were amazing, quickly got her a drink of water and ushered us into a room. The nurse looking after her, Emma, couldn't have been more helpful. She got my daughter to lie down and reassured her, kept checking to make sure she was ok. The receptionist bought in our appointment card so we didn't have to go back to the reception area. My daughter was thoroughly looked after and I can't thank the staff enough.
