Shocking service! Went to buy a New TV and was going to use 3 x love2shop vouchers as part of payment. Checked all balances before using them and then one of the cards had an error on there system going through. When tried again card was declined saying ‘no balance’. Re-checked balance of card and was now 0.00 however a transaction had gone on the card for the 50. Curry’s/pc world then refused to do anything about this and were no help at all. They took my 50 and gave me nothing for it. Stay away from this store like the plague, truly shocking customer service!

Me and my wife bought a few items from the store today. We was served by a young man called Ollie who went above and beyond. He advised us on what he thought was best to buy value for money and in terms of function. Highly recommend, after we bought multiple items the guys even brought the items out and helped us get them into the car. Fantastic service and we will be returning.
