Excellent customer service today at ATS. Thank you Aaron, really polite and helpful. I took my car to a formula one garage 8 months ago for a service, and was told i needed new tyres, which i didnt buy. Today my car passed its MOT and didnt need new tyres. Will definitely be back next year. Thanks guys.

Been using ATS Kidderminster for many years and i have found that on some occasions when i have needed help in either getting a service or diagnostics in an emergency the guys have been fantastic. I am very particular who i have look or work on my car, and trust ATS Kidderminster completely. If i could give Aaron and all the staff more than 5 stars i would. After having a VERY dodgy mot done elsewhere in Kidderminster and told it was a fail and cost 800 to fix, i took my car to them to be checked and they were brilliant. Explained what was actually wrong with the car and what they could do to fix it which would cost 600 less. They also dealt with a tricky situation fantastically and extremely professional. The customer service, knowledge and helpfulness was the amazing. I will be recommending them to everyone i know and telling them there is only one place to go to get all their car needs dealt with. Aaron - thank you again you have restored my faith in mechanics!
Went in with working air-con just for a service and a gas refresh (as the gas is the lubricant) they emptied 548g gas out of my system then told me they couldn't fill it as I had a leak! Now I'm left with no air con at all! Can't quite work that one out! If anyone else can, please advise! Taking it somewhere else for another try at the weekend.
Great guys and high standards of work, I trust these guys a lot, never let me down.... that's what 10 years of loyalty gets you...... never go to Formula one auto centres
