Very clean, queue system in place, the only problem is people waiting for their food, instead of congregating by the out door, wait outside, the girls will tell you when your food is ready. Then we can all maintain social distancing.

Absolutely appalling. Nobody acknowledged when waiting to be served. Waiting ten minutes before asked what I want. Ordered a large bag of chips 3.40. This was not a large bag. They filled a large (in my eyes small tray) with chips and called it a large. I got home and less than a small bag of chips for 4 people to share. Will never ever ever go here and I will make sure I tell everybody I know in chepstow! This place needs to be on rip off Britain because that what they are!!
Always great food. Never over cooked or overly greasy. 5 star on the Food Hygiene rating, gives you comfort the food is handled in a safe way. Would recommend.
