The first time I’ve ever been moved to write a review, but sadly this time merits such a thing. Firstly, I live just up the road, but having to look after my son I was unable to collect my take away, so I decided to order one to be delivered over the phone. Firstly, I was spoken to by someone who didn’t understand what I was saying, so another gentleman took over and took my order. He then said “see you in 20 minutes”. I had to then call back and explain I wanted my food delivered, so he took my address, I said “can I pay over the phone” to which I just got a “thank you goodbye”. I didn’t have any cash on me, and I didn’t want to call back a third time! So my food was delivered, I said “can I pay by card” and then the abuse started! Personally insulted! It was all my fault! So that’s me done with them. The food was overpriced anyway, I prefer the one in Bramba to be honest. I told them to take their food back, and check my review online. To which he did and I hope the gentleman reads this. Now read this and learn some manners...... or at the very least listen to what someone says on the phone. I understand you are busy and probably overloaded with orders. But if that’s the case then please hire more staff, because orderinga simple meal for 1 person who lives 4 minutes walk up the road should not be an ordeal!!!! and if you make people afraid to speak to you then you will loose customers. And you’ve certainly lost mine.

Best Indian take-aways in the area. In fact, I’d recommend you figure out the distance you’re willing to drive to pick up your take-away and if Kushbu falls into that radius, don’t even consider going anywhere else. The spicier options pack a punch - the delicious kind, though. Highly recommended from a semi-local (family in the area, rather than being from the area, and personally I think that makes me more reliable, because I don’t owe the area anything and am not obliged to say this!)

**IMPORTANT - KHUSHBU DOES NOT HAVE A WEBSITE** The website you may find for “Khushbu” is for a restaurant/take away in Essex! I live in Henfield and I have to say, it's worth the drive to COLLECT. The food is really well cooked and it is our favourite Indian Take Away in the area. Chicken Badami is a must (Made with Cashew Nuts and cream - a winner!) Also, paying by cash gives you a 10% discount? One word of warning though, if you live in Henfield and you want it delivered, be warned as it can take a while. Henfield is 5 Miles away and probably isn't the quickest of locations to deliver to.
