The best Chicken Rice and the best Lobak in town. A must visit. Better to be early than to be sorry for the food. They have other food as well that is tasty.open for lunch time only. Enjoy

[sibeh holiao] 1) overall - nostalgic-feel open air hawker environment, friendly and fast service, plenty of selection to choose from, cheap price for good food, good choice of food to go for Kheng Pin Cafe 群宾茶餐室 2) Nasi Lemak - plenty of dishes to choose from/economy rice look alike, sambal tasted good, overall dishes tasted above average, potato was cooked to perfection, sambal got a thumbs up from my family 3) Fried kuey teow was served fast and yummy, portion was generous, tasted awesome without much gravy, considered a dried-type of fried kuey teow, it was really good 4) prawn mee was awesome, plenty of fried onion and prawn made the broth marvelously good, portion was big too. highly recommended 5) Lobak was one of the best in Penang, presented golden brown than the normal darker lobak, crispy from the outside but tender inside, deep fried to perfection 6) wan tan mee tasted good too. it was a little wet compared to the typical wan tan mee. 7) porridge was full of flavour, salted egg, minced pork, you tiao, century egg... hmmm... so yum..
Offer various menu from stalls within the kopi tiam. I recommend the Nasi Lemak, Char kiew tiaw, Lobak.. and the hot drinks seems infuse with gula melaka. Dont miss this place in your visit to Penang
I like the lobak! It's the best I have tried in my entire life. I always come here to eat lobak whenever I visit Penang. The lobak stall is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Location Is at the George Town either you take grab from your hotel, walk from your hotel if near then to be comfortable safer avoid any crowd consider come early to get the parking space. Parking as mention above... Food Well, other than the kopi O which is too plain perhaps just casually make and surprise one who might think such places might have a reasonable at the least coffee O. Have local people there during early morning....must try the Char Kuey Tiau with duck egg is good even is not overwhelming but we'll good...next try the lobak, try the single person plate is good, the toufu, prawn cracker, the fried meat is a good taste
Tried Loh Bak, Wanton Mee, Porridge. All simply tasty!
Had the famous lor bak (which was nice) and also ordered a prawn mee that was delicious.
Addicted to lor bak, there mostly all good. Just the drinks a bit pricey.
