Very poor service. Even though all private and govt. Offices are operating in their normal course. They are just letting you wait out there in svere heat and rainy days too. Also the staff just know how to delay work with wierd excuses. It can be much better.

Worst place, no sitting arrangement, staff is also unprofessional, Slow working, dont have any sense of talking. Suggestion is only please change the whole staff else give them training about their work,
I was turned away 5 times on the pretext of the required form not filled and attested properly, Although I asked several times from the persons sitting at counter no. 4 and then 1 to tell me the specifications once and for all so that I may not make the same mistakes in the form, but they themselves didn't know what all is to be done. They only raised objections when I presented them the form at the counter after waiting in line for hours. I had to get a new passport size photograph taken because it was not as per their "rules" , although the first 2 times they had no problems with it. When the photo issue was solved, then they had a problem with the way the officer has attested the photo as the seal is "not clear", although the first 2 times they did not point out the way the photo was attested. I had to get a new form every time they rejected it and request a gazetted officer to attest the form not 1, but 3 times because every time I presented the form, they raised one objection or the other. And when I asked them to show me the specifications on the basis of which they are refusing to accept the form, all they could say is "Humein instructions hain jee upar se.." So, in short there were no such written rules. And I observed that they were doing the same to a bunch of people and not just me. The only conclusion I could come to was that the staff is just harassing the people who came to get their work done missing their jobs and the staff is not at all thorough with the rules themselves and keep tossing people around form one counter to another. PATHETIC AND SHAMEFUL!!

Worst Experience..such a useless staff sitting in this kendar.. it's name should be 'duvidha kendar'..I have visited six times here and still not got my certificate..They are gossiping with each other and not attending people. They are rejecting my form every time instead of telling once which documents are required..iss kendar ch aaun wala har ik viyakti ehna ton tang hai..jekar ethe Edda de bekar staff hi rakhna hai ta iss kendar nu band krna hi behtar hovega..
Very bad experience staff is not systematic work and all machine not working every time staff give stupid excuse
It is a ASUVIDHA center. Just harras the people. Just one example i saw today : main receptionist in the center who was checking the documents telling people that why gazette officer has not signed in the middle of the box , go again and get the stamp only in the middle of the box.... some one ask this receptionist, how much difference it will create? And u rejected the application and you know how much it takes to get the sign and stamp of gazzeddeted officer in punjab? Such a useless people sitting in sewa kedra...should b rempved Such a useless
