Order very frequently from here and it’s always been great. Tonight I ordered a meal deal that states chips are included. Didn’t get the chips. Called up, to be told I should of mentioned I wanted chips in the order comments. The meal deal says it comes with chips. Why do I need to add the contents of the meal deal in the comments? Ridiculous. Won’t be ordering here again - just solely based on how the situation was handled (aka I should of asked for something that’s included and they won’t even rectify the issue). Shame really.

Khans is my favourite kebab / fish and chip shop in Cardiff. The staff are fab & are always friendly and accommodating. The food is always fantastic and recently got more vegan options which is great!! The curry sauce is one of the best in Cardiff and i would highly recommend going here! (from vegan chicken nuggets)
One of my favourite fish n chips shop. I ordered 12 inch pizza n fish n chips They gave me 16 inches instead of 12 n large portion of chips instead of medium... the food was delicious n hot... quick service extra food best deals as on other fish shops... I strongly recommend for every One... thanks

Extremely Disappointed!! Got the buy one get one free pizza and ordered khan's special pizza and something tandoori one. The meat in the pizzas were very very salty and burnt.The tandoori one was slightly better but the Khan's special one was an utter disappointment. Had my stomach upset after taking the pizzas. **Reply to owner** This was on 14th December around 9.00-10 pm.But thanks for your kind gesture. Appreciate it.
