Absolutely Fantastic! Exceptional food, excellent service and very reasonable. Been going to Khans for years, both for takeaway and eating in the restaurant. The food is always delicious, they are always willing to go the extra mile for you if you want a mild dish a little hotter or an extra flavour like garlic for example, they will always accommodate. The staff are great, without exception and the service theyvprovide is second to none. They are friendly efficient and courteous without being over friendly, that combined with exceptional food just goes towards a most enjoyable evening.

Having placed an online order tonight, I had to cancel it via email. The email wasn't received in time and my order was made up. The restaurant phoned me to check when I was collecting and having explained what had happened, they were so understanding and kind. In times of Covid, all businesses are suffering and I really admire their approach. Will not hesitate to return. Really good PR by Khans Balti. Thank you

I am in town for a couple of precious annual leave days this summer. Called this afternoon to book a table for dinner, the receiver asked how many people, I said \just one\ - he asked me to repeat and when I repeated \just one\ he laughed loudly into the phone and said he didn't have his reservations book to hand, and he would call me back, without asking my number. Though I was denied a table in quite an unbelievable way, I cannot imagine this place has any understanding of the concept of hospitality and I would advise anyone to take their patronage elsewhere. I would also ask Google to consider a no-star rating.
