Long wait in the drive thru staff pleasant

Shame really, every time I've been there is always something wrong like cold soggy or even slightly frozen chips! This time no gravy or chicken bites. Also the average time I usually have to wait is 20-25 min until I get my food! I go every few months to see if its improved just because I love KFC when its cooked good... sadly this one hasn't yet. The team are polite though every time I've been.

The best part of KFC is the pop corn chicken in my opinion, guess what they forgot?? The coleslaw so it was all good.
