Staff was helping me using the app, turns out not working for some tech issue. However, can’t believe he then used my phone to enter fake positive feedback for himself. This happens at 15:45, 13/02/2021. Store reviews for this store should be reviewed again.

Great staff. Fast service. This kfc is recommendable. I have visited many KFC'S and unfortunately this one's fries were not crisp either, this is something which I do not like about this chain generally. Chicken was great though.

Staff use their hands for pick up food without gloves and have no Mask on for covid 19 Guideline.hair from beard and head need to be covered. I mean its not a any high street chicken shop.its a Brand and if you can not maintain hygiene on place then better don't use this brand.

Didnt appreciate the girl on the till rolling her eyes when I changed my mind for my child's meal due to the poor selection of options for kids. Didn't appreciate the lethargy and lack of acknowledgement when I asked for some mayonnaise from another server. Photo of the bin attached, the bin was emptied shortly afterward but it was a quiet lunchtime they should have been on top of these and maybe empty before lunchtime.

I am a student, and have a right get a student offer. Manager rudely rejected providing me with offer, moreover, scanning my kfc app. This is not professional and he does not deserve being in this position. It was 19.12
