Well worth a visit food excellent staff great and cleanliness of venue superb
Lovely chicken burger, chips and a lovely coke to swill it down.
Been to this kfc before and always been lovely and piping hot food, but this last visit unfortunately wasn’t the same, the chicken was ok I suppose but the chips were awful they forgot to give me my mini fillet burger which didn’t realise till we’d drove off and we couldn’t of checked because they’d crammed two orders into a small bag, my missus ordered a zinger burger and got a normal fillet burger, not really good enough this time round and the place wasn’t that busy either!
19/1/2021 I just asked my husband to get KFC this evening, we ordered a take away party bucket for 14 pieces. When he arrived home there was no popcorn chicken or boneless chicken fillet. We tried to call them but there was no answer. This is not the first time, even if we eat in we always find that the order is missing something. I would hate to return to tell them, so if it is only a bit missing I just leave it. Once, a member of staff, when she was serving me, she kept scratching her hair and her back, she was wearing gloves but is no point after touching her hair few times then touching the chicken that I was ordering. Some staff were okay but there was a young girl and she was really horrible. I asked if I could have mostly chicken thighs and she didn't say anything. So I repeated it again and she said yes but she didn’t say anything to the staff who served the chicken, so I asked again in nice way but she still didn’t tell to the person who served the chicken, I knew that time that I wouldn’t have my request and I was right, out of 14 pieces of chicken I only had 1 chicken thigh.
