Lovely friendly sales man and I must say a good sales man as well: I went in for a bulb and came out 196 poorer! Saying that saved money in the long run and got something I have needed for ages. Product good quality.

Good electrical and lifting shop, knowledgable staff. Not in Kew!
Odd behaviour. I was browsing the catalogue and observed. An Asian man entered the shop patiently waiting to be served, the woman on the counter is busy with her computer. Couple of minutes later a White man entered, he is immediately noticed in less than 15 seconds and asked \How can I help ?\. All this while the Asian man is still waiting! After witnessing this I just walked out.
