KETTLER

I bought online a bike from this shop. The delivery was OK but the model delivered was not the latest one, with all the functionalities described on the web page where I bought it. I called customer support and they promised to deliver a new version of the on-board computer. This was 3 months ago. After many emails which were all unresponded and phone calls during which I was promised the computer would be delivered, I decided to leave this review. It is not OK not to answer to any email from a customer, and make promises only by phone whereas the fault is clearly on the shop which did not deliver what I have paid for. I still hope I can get the upgrade of the bike which I am entitled to, because the model I was delivered does not correspond to the price I paid. A shame for this brand which I selected because I assumed the quality and customer support would be up to standard!
