I called the this place early evening on a Saturday afternoon in hopes of finding a place to buy a lot of popcorn to take to a Mayweather vs McGregor fight watch party. To my surprise Liz answered the phone and when I asked how late they were open she informed to that Kettle Treats was actually a food truck. Once I explained to her what I was trying to do she actually offered to drive the truck all the way from her headquarters in Sand Springs to my friends house in Midtown for 1 kettle of popcorn. After doing some logistics talking with me coming up the turnpike from OKC I decided that having her make that drive for a 35 giant bag of popcorn was a little silly so I ended up meeting her at her headquarters. When I arrived she actually had 2 giant bags waiting for me because on the phone I had mentioned that I also like movie style popcorn as much as caramelcorn. Didn't even ask the additional 35. We had a good conversation and I headed on my way. The pic below is shows the majority of what we started with as well as what was left after the party dispersed. myself and the other 14 people destroyed all almost all of the 13 gallon bags of popcorn down to 2 single gallon bags. Needless to say it was a hit and with Liz's hospitality being on point as well myself and several other's will be hitting up Kettle Treats again in the future.
Tasty, tasty, tasty! Shot my diet all to heck but it was SO worth it.
