Vintage Locket

After several months of having difficulty obtaining my daughters meds due to COVID and being met with lots of hurdles, today I rang and it was a totally different,I spoke to an adviser called Janice who was friendly polite and sorted the whole thing for me so I didn’t need to waste a call from a GP and spend up to an hour on the phone,so I wanted to say,she was professional seemless and made the hard life of a special needs mum a whole lot easier today..thank you so much Janice

Useless medical centre, spent over 2 months going back and forth and was just told i was fine and not to worry. I chose to go private and in 1 day they had found all my problems ( some of which where very serious and in there words ''very easy to find''). I highly recommend you to avoid this place at all cost's. Do not risk your life with these people.

I rang the doctors at 08:05 this morning and was on the phone for 35 minutes to be told the doctor would call me within half an hour, an hour and a half later still no phone call. I called the surgery and was on the phone for a further 20 minutes to which someone answered the phone and put it down. I have had to call a third time to query as to why I haven’t been called and I was waiting for 25 minutes. This is despicable service and I would not recommend anyone to do this, I am utterly disgusted with the treatment I have been given today.

Absolutly awful. Rang on behalf of patient who is a patient at this doctors and they rang back saying she should talkto her own doctors... this is her useless doctors. Also told a rash is due to a virus but no information on whether it is contagious or not so pribably all be at the doctors soon during a pandemic. Nice one weavers. 10 5 star reviews, 42 1 star reviews. Says it all really

Trying to get through, expect a minimum for an hour on hold. Try to get an appointment... you get 10 minutes. That’s all you get. Ask for a double appoint and the receptionist gives you attitude for a genuine concern and was told by 111 I need urgent bloods. Reception couldn’t care less! Rude Staff. Terrible appointment times. Overall, terrible!
