A nice place to have afternoon tea with a friend. The food is delicious and fabulous. The only issue is, they don't enforce the mask rule. If they start enforcing it then I'll definitely be back more often

Its difficult to write this but I hope they can use it as constructive criticism. I went in, found a table and looked at the menu. Within minutes of ordering the place was full to bursting of young people who had finished school- many were not wearing masks and they were inches away from us sitting at the tables instead of 2 metres. No one was keeping an eye on how many people were entering. Its probably the most unsafe I have felt during this awful year! I quickly finished and left- I would have had to battle through the queue to get a refund.
I really liked this place when it opened however I’m quite disappointed in the service here and frankly writing a review is all I can really do. They have really declined in there food and service. I made my complaint and was pretty much told I wasn’t being truthful which is frustrating and I’ll be sure not to return.

Really declined since they first opened. Used to be one of our favourites but now we won't be going back anytime soon. The tables are filthy, although they look clean on the surface, the black on the tables is not from the wood grain but actual dirt that can be scraped off with a fingernail. Big signs on the door saying no entry without a face covering, however they do not enforce this and served 2 eat in customers anyway. I don't appreciate having my family and self being put at risk. Did not feel safe there at all.
