Absolutely redidulous! If you want to stay after the centre shuts at 5:30 then you have to go on a treasure hunt to find the exit!! Not sign posted anyway at all!! And then the pay machines are miles away after 5:30 cause everything is shut! Guy on duty came to tell us we where getting to the car the wrong way...but not where the ticket machine was! Absolute joke! So unhelpful its beyond belief. Park somewhere else if you need to stay after hours

Not much you can say about a car park but it's decent, lots of disabled spaces. Can also get your car washed.

Absolutely awful customer service! Cash only on both machines.. I had no cash and 15 mins to get my daughter from nursery (who charge 15 for every 5 mins late). A man came who I was hopeful he would take my card details and sort it, I wasted 5 mins waiting for this man - who turned up to say ‘cash machine in Wilco’ went there was out of order as was the one in the centre. Thanks then people.. 15 mins late to get my daughter 45!!! I only parked here because I had no cash and could pay by card - they should of advised this on entry, I would of parked elsewhere.

Nice place clean and tidy with a good variety of retailers, the only reason for losing a star is that although the security there made a seen presence they were quite rude. Two of them were walking side by side, I'm disabled and use a quite visible aid I had seen them walking towards me (don't get me wrong I don't expect everyone to move out of my way) but we were walking through a fairly compacted passage and they continued to walk side by side thus making it very difficult for me so I moved out of their way and waited. I feel that in that particular area maybe walk one behind the other, and maybe a thanks for moving out of the way for them.

This place is nothing special it needs more big name shops to make it worth going to.
