The site is much better than the old one. Delays due to the new 'normal' but other than that a safe and straightforward experience. Staff were helpful.

Absolutely ridiculous...arrived with trailer after queuing for about an hour only to be told I need a permit Lol Went back home printed off queues again for another hour. Got to my turn...have you got a permit ? I said you tell me you've got the handset....ok mate you're all good he replied...Happy new year ! I replied
