I have rung East Northants Council on several occasions to report issues and have used the bulk household items collection. I think our council are awesome and they work really hard to give us a first class service. Surely with so few complaints this shows how good they are. Thank you for the work you do.

Very helpful staff member, couldn't be more obliging.
Customer service is slacking alot especially in benefit section as taken 3 wks plus to deal with refunds. Maybe the staff who is at home doing nothing could help with emails and processing refunds. Be glad when it merges with Kettering and wellingboro council as will imorove
After reaching out to environmental protection for support with antisocial issues, housing issues and a damp problem they did absolutely nothing to support my family, it's been a complete waste of time and I feel abandoned.
