Well did try to buy online, that was a waste of time so don’t bother. Went to the Kettering store and the chap we spoke to sorted everything out and the next day went back to collect. Thanks for a fast efficient service just like it should be

Large yellow signs declaring a MASSIVE Clearance is always tempting when you have a few minutes spare.. Who doesn't like a bargain right?! My mistake was that I had forgotten the last time this same business pretended to have good deals on items.. It was pitiful, embarrassing even for the staff that work there I dare say.. Maybe that's why despite the shop being quiet, they thought it best to huddle by the till chatting rather than help the few customers in there The attached image is just a representation of the savings you could make (yes you) if you were in the market for a fridge freezer (as I am) a massive 20 could be saved... Act fast though, at these prices they are sure to not be there for long! This with my desire to update my laptop to something much faster. The only good thing I can say about the laptop deals in the upstairs area of the store is that at least it counted towards my steps for the day... Jokes aside, how are these shifty, dodgy electrical outlets still getting away with the sale blag, let alone this 'so called' clearance. Either there is a loophole this business knows of to exploit (along with us), or trading standards simply buy all their electronics online and so are never faced with this! I shall for their example, and next time I see clearance or sale outside this company's stores I shall drive by and just feel sorry for the poor unsuspecting fools that venture in expecting a good deal... This sort of business has to stop - vote with your feet and boycott these and any other business that would so blatantly take its customers for a mug.. My horse is high - and I have now climbed off it!

Advertised for and take your money for products that are not in stock. Waited two weeks for the item to arrive. After one week they claimed there was a picking error and then the same thing happened again. Will have to wait up to 2 weeks for my refund. So a month out of pocket. Scam. Spent hours trying to get hold of a person in customer services, the store was unhelpful and said I need to keep ringing the help line. Hope they go out of business.

Excellent advice had a problem with a mapping system for charging my car and they came up with an excellent system and I can monitor all the charging points with my new Samsung tablet without using my mobile phone it was easier and safer to drive with fantastic services will definitely go back again
