Paid over the odds for a large vehicle wrap which was confirmed faulty by a member of their staff only 5 weeks after being installed. Upon sending multiple photos and lots of emails, after no replies for 2 weeks, I contacted the Managing Director who was helpful and agreed to get the van back to be re-wrapped. It’s still not “100%” and when I asked for any compensation for my loss with a week without work, my own fuel for 120 miles to be driven there and back and still patches of creasing and bubbling, I was advised they were out of pocket so nothing would be done. I will not use this company again for any further materials.
