5 stars because they now have Plantperoni!!!!! I’ve been a vegetarian for years so that was exciting getting to have a pizza with “pepperoni” on it again, made me feel like a kid haha. Little things like that mean a lot so I will definitely continue to always order pizza from Pizza Nova now!

My two experiences with this location has been very disappointing. Both issues come down to the poor customer service and unwilling to accept gift cards from the delivery drivers. After twice being denied the use of my 25 gift card I was done. I started using Pizza Pizza and thier driver was nice so I will keep ordering from them. Had to sell the pizza nova gift card because the delivery drivers refused to take them.....
This is certainly one of the tastiest restaurants in the region. Always when I come to this place I am absolutely happy. They preserve their very high standard service and the topmost level of food they provide. You can never go wrong with this place. Highly recommended.
I had ordered through Door Dash, and I believe there was a miscommunication and my order was wrong once it was delivered. I went back to Pizza Nova, and they were very friendly and accommodating. They made me a new pizza right away. I was very impressed with their customer service and quality of food.
