Well, this was a pleasant surprise. Whilst the other photographic galleries in Keswick tend to focus on the picture postcard shots (which can be tiresome after a while), Stuart brings a level of artistry to his images that really makes you feel you are part of the landscape. Another pleasant surprise is that Stuart also stock photographs from other established landscape photographers to complement his own. I had a wonderful visit and will surely return in future.
Absolutely stunning photography of the Lake District. The owner is one of the country’s leading landscape photographers, and the quality of the pictures here shines through. There were so many evocative images to choose from to remind me of my time in the Lakes, Stuart really manages to capture the atmosphere of the place. Much more on offer here than the usual picture postcard fayre.
A little gem of a gallery with stunning prints from around the Lake District. Stuart's work is phenomenal and captures the true essence and atmosphere of the region beautifully. He's a nice bloke too and always good for a chat. Well worth a visit if your in Keswick.
