Poorly trained minimum wage staff. difficult to understand.... left out items 3 out of 4 times. They can't get it right because they don't seem to care. Cold fries more than once. Salads 1 mouthful. A shakedown over white or dark meat or any requests ....overpriced bucket of Grease. Not to mention the sources of the food

This isn't the first time that I've paid full price for something and received 50% of what I should have received when at this location. Calling into head office doesn't seem to do anything at all, as this happened about a month ago now and no one has reached out to me. Besides being slightly ripped off, I don't have any other problems with this location. Update: Just call the store with any problems, skip wasting time with head office.
I had a small order which I still had to park and wait for but my real concern is that this is the second time I have seen the manager both inside and outside of the store with his mask below his nose. Masks do not work if you don't cover both your mouth and nose. Respiratory droplets come through both the mouth and the nose. We will not be back because this seems to be the regular practice as it happened multiple times.
They were out of the famous chicken but I guess that's a KFC thing to be always out of stock of that one. The Zingers were really good and well breaded. The place was clean.
No debit. Went for cash, came back... Find out Chicken is 15min wait. Manager was nice enough to upgrade me to XL fries but then I got home and found the chicken mangled and soggy with grease. Greasy to the point that there was 2 tbsp of oil in the bottom of the bucket. Clearly they never even drained the chicken. To top everything off there wasn't one piece of breast or rib. 4 thighs, 2 mangled drums, 2 wings. All dripping with oil.
