For months I went to different places to get my laptop touchscreen fixed because it would glitch and go crazy, which prevented me from doing my work every day. After being on the phone with one of the people who worked there for only a couple of minutes and I explained the symptoms of my laptop to the guy, he knew right away what I could do to resolve the problem through the phone. He told me how he heard how this model was having problems with the touchscreen and that I should just to turn off my touchscreen option. I was honestly so surprised that no one had thought of that before and he fixed my issue with something so simple! I'm happy to say that I haven't had any problems with my laptop since then!
JIm has been taking care of out tech needs for a few years now and we couldn't be happier. Always fair and honest. Jim always gets things done quickly and has us back up and running. In fact since we have begun using his services we have not been shut down by virus of equipment issues. Such a time saver. Highly recommend his services and equipment.
