Furnace stopped working and after leaving a msg didn't get a call back till next day. At -15C, you would expect that a call back would come a lot earlier... Ended up fixing the furnace on my own.

Joe came this morning to fix our furnace after it went out in the storm last night. He was beyond helpful, even going above and beyond to make sure we were set up with an extended warranty from our furnace company. Definitely recommend his services, and will use him again if we needed.

Today was rescued again by comfort heating. Thanks to him my gas fireplace is again keeping me warm. Another local company completely messed up. He fixed it and continues to be there to put it right. Would recommend him to anyone Read the poor review. Always two sides to any story
