Great hotel in an awesome little ton. Stayed a week, internet was reliable, food was great in the restaurant, staff were pleasant and the surrounding area was warm and inviting (either though it was cold!)

Nice room size and friendly staff. Would have liked to be able to make a cup of coffee/tea in the room as well as a minibar. Morning buffet is ok but with a limited variety and no cafe latte on the menu. Be aware of limited parking space if you travel by car!
Privately run hotel in the middle of Kerteminde - newly renovated and got 20 new rooms. Our room which was one of the new rooms was great - clean, good beds and we heard no noice from other rooms or from the streets. The breakfast is simple and good - best of all you can enjoy “Fynsk brunsvier” which is a local cake you absolutely need to taste when on Fyn. The restaurant has an atmosphere like being “at your grandparents home”
Don't go here if you would like to stop for a beer shortly at sun and warm summer evening. We waited waitress to come to take our order 20 minutes and as no one was interested about new customers we decided to leave and take our money to restaurant where to get service.
The food was bland, the price too high and the table was dirty.
The burgers from the restaurant had beautiful presentation, however the food was raw. The service was good but the food let us down.
Go for the plaice in the restaurant. It's worth a try! Rooms can be a bit noisy, so ask for a quiet one. Excellent location if you visit Kerteminde.
