This was the BEST INDIAN FOOD I HAD IN ROME ! I must say that the food was super delicious and its the only authentic Kerala cuisine not only in Rome but the best i have ever had in Italy ! Now more important than food sometimes i feel are the people who prepare it and serve it to you. So here you go, the chef is just an amazing person and you can smell that in the flavors, the 4 owners are a gem of a human and also one of the owners wife works there and makes it feel like you are at home. The server Aby is a delight to have at this restaurant that makes one feel like family and in the true sense all the people who work at this place are family and that is what makes this place the top of my list for lunch and dinner. I spend 14 days in Rome and ate lunch and dinner with them for 8 days, yes thats how much i valued the food and the people here at Pizzeria Ristorante kerala. Also If you don't believe what i am saying here, please visit this place and try it for yourself ! What to eat here ?? Well my fav. was duck curry, chicken curry, and really i tried everything here and absolutely LOVED IT, most of the times i caught myself scooping out the last bit of the deliciousness !!!
Found the place by sheer luck as I was looking for a Kerala style meal for onam. Went to check it out and found they had sadya. Immediately went in and asked about it and man o man it was one of the best things I did. Had sadya with two types of payasam, tasted as if I was having food in kerala. The people are real nice and friendly. The place is located right beside the metro station and is easily accessible.
Liked the food and service overall. One of the good indian restaurant in Rome.
