I have used Zavia numerous times to fix problems such as installing a new water pump for my shower head and replacing my toilet washer that was causing a major leak. He has always responded very quickly to my problems and done an amazing job also.

Had an ongoing issue with my heating and believed a power flush would be required. I contacted Kepple Plumbing (Zavia) who arranged to come and check out the problem first, to see what would be required (this free of charge). Zavia advised power flush and fitting of magna clean would be best bet and provided competitive estimate. Pre work was subsequently carried out (again without charge or request for any payment) followed by the rest of the work circa 2 weeks later. All was completed in a very professional and friendly manner and I'm extremely pleased with the result... now have heating again !!!. I would definitely recommend.
Super quick response time and excellent service. Zavia is knowledgeable and gave really helpful advice - he went above and beyond to fix our condensation pipe and took measures to ensure we wouldn’t have the same issue again. Thank you!
I had a really good experience, my toilet got clogged and I was desperate to get it sorted ASAP. Plumber arrived very quickly and helped to get things sorted out. Very professional!
