We purchased a replacement generator which we needed ASAP for our dining train, and Kentec delivered the generator to us via a courier in less than 48 hours - quicker than the promised service level - which was very much appreciated and avoided us reverting to candles. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again when the time comes.
