I've worked in the main office for the past 25 years. Offices have changed quite a bit since the early days and had a few refurbs. Most of reviews on here seem to be about the PIP office on the ground floor.

if it's for pip use carpark at side of building you are monitored from moment you enter building make sure if for pip you have someone with you if not you automatically lose two points I did yet I have terminal brain disease bad balance yet still lose points if you do not have a copy of you're full medical records again you lose points
If you have a PIP interview here then TAKE YOUR OWN DUEL RECORDING MACHINE as proof of what was said. I have a friend that is disabled that had an appointment here. She told the truth but the interviewer gave her no points even though she has serious disabilities! Shame on you! Now she has to wait to go to tribunal and the waiting list is over one year! Now she is financially in a mess! Don't trust these people - they lie and don't put down what the person tells them. Thank you Google for allowing people to give their honest and truthful opinions... Shame on you DWP!
Nice open plan offices
Kent House is in Ashford... Not the most aesthetically pleasing building but it has a job to do. We had daughters PIP interview/assessment there. the picture is of a flowered up tank and there are loads of very colourful statues.
