Dealing with collection agencies is never fun. I created a tremendous amount of debt a few years ago, I was finally able to get to the debt this company held today. The woman I spoke with, Diana, not Angela ;) was very helpful and delightful to deal with. Although I was unable to negotiate the settlement I had hoped, my fault not theirs, Diana remained kind and professional through the whole call, even after I got frustrated. 10/10 never want to talk to them again but today was pleasant, except for the part that I had to give her all my money haha. In all fairness she offered me payments but I wanted to be done with it. Give Diana a raise, she dealt with me and remained civil, she deserves it!!

This is the second company I have worked for that's used ACS and I couldn't be happier! Everyone I've ever talked to over there is nice, professional and knowledgeable. In all my years, I've never dealt with a collections company, in my personal or professional lives, that was this put together, by the book, quick to return a call or email and interested in learning about our business so they can serve us and our customers better
I love working with Diana and her team! They were amazing on keeping us on track to pay off our balance with our local hosptial from a few nights stay. I would have rather gone to Disneyland or Hawaii, but I am thankful for our nurses and doctors who helped heal me up, so I was good as new. The team at Accelerated was so courteous and helpful. They were extremely gracious. I love how they helped us finish paying off our balance in a timely way. 5 Stars! I appreciate their super follow-up. I am thankful that during the pandemic, I was still able to work, so that I could pay off my balance. Right? Count your blessings people. Can I say, I am thankful to God for that? I am and I just did. - BAM :)
I haven't had the need, thankfully, to hire a collection agency in years. So glad my Google search led me to Diana. I had an account I was certain was worthless. Diana and her team were able to turn that around and get a nice settlement.
Harrassing my family members, and spamming my number. This was all today. These tactics are illegal. Not even sure the debt they claim is valid. This was an unbelievably aggressive first attempt to contact. Theyre going to hear from a lawyer before they hear back from me ever.
