I wholeheartedly recommend Nigel Clarke in his capacity as a lawyer and mediator. He recently steered me through a very difficult and complex legal situation/divorce. He always steered the appropriate course through what was a complex and acrimonious divorce, which included a children’s guardian and expert clinical psychologist. Nigel Clarke has helped me enormously in reaching a fair financial settlement in what has proved to be an unusual and uncertain divorce in terms of FDR. The advice he gave me was consistent and balanced at all times and I always felt that I was aware of all possible outcomes. He advised me accordingly and his professionalism and calm manner gave me the strength to continue despite mounting pressure to make me buckle and give up. Being a mediator and adjudicator as well as a family solicitor was a big part of my decision to instruct him. I trusted my instincts and I am very grateful to him for the services he provided. Nigel Clarke dealt with my divorce and financial settlement. Throughout the difficult process, his communication was first class and his manner calming and professional during a very emotional time.
I nearly signed up with another solicitor, paid the first interview, with all the paperwork they wanted me to sign, charge for this charge for that! If we can't do this we will employ a Lawyer and charges! If we can't do this we will employ a Barister and charge!!!!!***. So and so extremely lucky for me I said thanks but no thanks to them. Then the best thing happened I found Nigel Clark, Solicitor, Lawyer, Family Mediator, all in one. I owe everything to Nigel, my wife employed a Barister at the last minute to take me to the cleaners! At the Family Courts Nigel was more than a match for this guy was very very professional and from from wanting the world from me that would have destroyed my life Nigel gave me the rest of my life back that day, Clean Brake!! .
