Fantastic vegan friendly options and eating with your hands is just another experience. The owner is also very welcoming. Easily one of my most enjoyable restaurant experiences, casual and relaxed. We got the Vegetarian Chef’s Platter for two (pics below)

Booked here for a large group for a birthday celebration and couldn't have been happier with the service. Food was very reasonably priced and the service was excellent. All of us opted to get Chef's platters which had a great variety of foods on each which was deliciously prepared with great options for my vegan and vegetarian friends. Would thoroughly recommend The Abyssinian
By far the best East African food I've ever had! I order the vegetarian platter and love everything on it. Super fresh ingredients, quality food. I am addicted now, I go at least once a fortnight :D Thanks to friendly staff who always make me feel welcome every time I come in!
Amazing food, and somehow better people making it. Prices are incredibly affordable, and the staff are seriously lovely. Could not recommend more.
