Not impressed and feeling completely ripped off after sending my console in, I was told a part needed replacing and would only take 2-4 weeks then a week past due I was informed it had only been cleaned, got home and everything was wiped. I was understanding of the week over due because of xmas/new year and could overlook not being contacted about it, but I paid for a service that simply wasn't completed and not given any options or compensation for it. I had paid for a part replacement, not a clean which surely wouldn't have cost as much - and definitely should NOT have erased all my data. I won't be returning or recommending this place to anyone... and after reading all the good reviews I expected better.

This is my "after", from a data recovery diagnosis.
I needed a laptop urgently for my son for school. Once contacting Daniel on Wednesday morning- he came to my rescue with a refurbished laptop based on all the specs I gave him. I picked it up Wednesday afternoon after work. If you need to talk to someone who knows alot about computers and offers quick, friendly service, contact Dan at King IT Stocklands.
The guys set my new phone up a treat. I'll be back to get me husbands done too. Its so great to have a great place to go for great service.
I took a phone in to see if they could help me out, I do realise that it was going to be a service, what I didn't expect was the cost that I was quoted , the 1st quote was for 69 , sorry couldn't afford that,so was then quoted 49,I still couldn't afford that, so I said thank you and left. I then went down to another phone service shop, the gentleman there ,fixed it within a minute or less, and he wouldn't charge me.
These people are amazing they have fixed my I phone more than once and there prices are value for money best place ever to have your phone repaired and not cost an arm and leg great team of people
I was super happy with the effort the team put into to making sure I was well looked after. They got me sorted and I was very happy! If you want to deal with professionals come here!
I really hate to write a bad review but got to be honest. I had an iPhone XS Max repaired here. Front screen damaged. In Australia this phone isn’t manufactured anymore so understandably going to be a bit pricey to repair. Ended up being 450 dollars which was expected. With a ‘really good case and screen protector’ thrown in knocked it up to 500. My phone had an issue with a smashed screen and dodgy LCD screen which meant my phone just did involuntary actions, rang random numbers etc. I got it replaced, on the same day noticed it flickered a little bit but thought nothing of it (assumed it’d be the screen protector) a month later here I am with the screen completely not working, a screen protector that smashed in my bag, and the back is completely smashed due to the weakness of the case. :’-) Phone repairs are expensive. But especially more exciting expensive when you are told (this might not work but if you pay 99 more dollars we will take our screen off and put the original back on.) no refund. Nothing. Phone repairs are expensive!! You can’t get it cheap as phones aren’t cheap at all. BUT exploiting people for their money when the service doesn’t even work. I’m a person who is getting paid next to nothing due to corona, and having to get my phone repaired so I can call home and sort work out for myself at such an expensive price stings. The sales person as well just seemed emotionless and i felt really sad being there as I literally had no choice to get the screen repaired, my own partner even told me I don’t think you should do this but I did go ahead with it. I feel almost cheated I don’t want anyone else to feel this way.
