Kensington Group Medical Practice

As a temporary patient who has only been to this practice twice, I must congratulate the reception as they are brilliant and helpful. My first visit was smooth but my recent experience has changed my opinion. Dr Conway just constantly sighed at me and made me feel very belittled. His attitude wasn't nice and I wouldn't recommend seeing him as he wasn't helpful and sent me back out to see a nurse instead. There was no need for his behaviour. In saying this I think his behaviour shouldn't put me off going back i just know to ask for someone different. Again reception are very helpful!

Today I've used one of my rare days off to register with your GP practice, not because I need an appointment or prescription, but because it is a legal requirement. I took all necessary documents and at 14h12 I was told registrations are only possible between 12h00 and 14h00. The reception room only had 2 people and there wasn't anyone waiting to speak with the receptionist but I was still turned back and asked to return some other day. This behaviour from your practice is nonsensical and frustrating, so I leave here my deepest disappointment for how disrespectfully patients are treated at your practice. The man at reception was so helpful and really did everything he could to get me out of a difficult situation. I have never been to a better doctors. Thanks so much

Easily the best doctors surgery about with a walk in surgery which is very handy also you can book an appointment in the afternoons for ect and the nurse is handy and helpful for taking bloods and stuff and the receptionists are friendly and helpful and good professional doctors

The new locum Dr McEvoy is a breath of fresh air to the surgery. She would be a great asset to the Kensington group as she is very professional in her care and attention to detail.
