My floors are beautiful and Kevin rendered outstanding customer service. There were some items, related to remodeling - not flooring, that required attention. Nevertheless, I rate this business 5 stars because any concern was addressed immediately and professionally. I would highly recommend this business and would give them repeat custom.

Donny and his team did an unbelievable job refinishing our 60 year old red oak floors. From the start Donny and everyone was very accommodating and knowledgeable when walking us through the entire process. Our floors were a mess from the previous sanding & refinish which left them with dips and grooves in the wood. Donny was confident his team could fix them with ease and bring the floors back to life. We also had them fix three stains in the floors (by replacing the entire red oak planks) and redo the entire trim which all look unbelievable. DB Genesis would get 6 stars out of 5 for the work they did and I plan on having them come back out in the future to redo my basement stairs.

Dony and the DB Genesis team were prompt, professional and went the extra mile to make sure the job was done to the best quality. Their back office is responsive and cordial. They installed a 'custom' floor material at my house (hempwood), the first ever of its kind, it came with some extra complications but they did not adjust the price for the extra effort discovered while on the job. Amazing work, will definitely bring in for my next flooring project!
