I've actually never stepped foot in this store since I live in NH but have dealt with the owner Chris on Ebay and can tell you that his demeanor is very impressive. I actually screwed up his order lol but he handled things like a pro even though his day was a rough one. After reading several of his reviews I can see that this shop is a asset to the community and I hope to deal with Chris again in the future...hopefully I won't mess up this time! Chris, the owner, is a great person who makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. He not only sells beautiful jewelry, he is very honest and if he does purchase anything, he pays well. It's very easy to spend an hour or more (I have many times) looking at everything. Definitely recommend!
