She was very patient with me.. And asked me along the whole time she was cutting my hair. If it was ok. Just taking a little off at a time to make sure. Very patient they don't make you feel rushed. And you feel special. Very clean facility. Love my new hair cut. And my new puppy too.

WILL NOT RETURN! I went to Kenneth’s for a balayage. When I first got there I explained that my biggest concerns were getting rid of the brassy orange color in my hair and adding an ash color to my roots to cover my grays. During my appointment my stylist had customers coming in and out and I felt rushed. The bleach wasn’t left in long enough so my highlights turned out orange adding more of a brassy look to my hair! When it came time to color my roots my stylist told me she mixed the color with a developer that would only tint my hair and not permanently color it and if I wanted color to come back in a week! My hair looked so bad I had to go to another salon a week later to correct the orange brassy color that Kenneth’s made worse. The other salon was able correct the brassy color in my hair and cover my grays. Kenneth’s shouldn’t advertise balayage services if their stylists don’t know how to do them or know how to use bleach! I’m very disappointed in my experience at Kenneth’s and upset that I had to pay again to fix my hair.

Michelle has added hair extensions to my hair and found the exact highlights, I love. She is wonderful and I would recommend her to anyone looking for someone new!

Always bring my kids there for a hair cut and they do an amazing job each time. The only thing is the long wait at times but they are so good it's worth staying in line for! People always ask me where I get my kids hair cut!
