The appetizers are fire and the sushi is great, the problem the hinders this place is customer service. The sushi bar places Togo and online orders over the customer in the restaurant. Our server was all over the place for 2 tables. Never introduced him self just took partial of the orders, then came back to take the rest. Which is unheard of in the food industry. Next we wait for our food 45 mins to be exact for a table of 8 with 5 of the same plate and 2 orders of rices seems pretty long time to wait. Mind you these tables in the pictures was all seated after us (approximately 20 minutes) and finish before us and got their checks before we even got your food. Great food! Great atmosphere!! But lackluster service!!! And long wait times for food !!!! Will comeback to try again or I’ll just order take out since they get priority.

1) This restaurant is catering so much to their online orders that their dine-in patrons are being neglected. 2) read their food safety report before dining at this establishment. We were a party of three. We ordered an appetizer for the table which came out fine. Of the three dinners only one came out slightly above warm. One dish was room temperature and the third was a salmon dish which was warm but undercooked. The manager looked at my dish and asked if I wanted cooked well done. I responded I want it cooked and served hot.The first reorder came out about 15 minutes later and my salmon took 25 minutes. Therefore, I ate some of my friends dinner and requested a to-go bag before my fish reached the table. I should have refused to pay for it and simply canceled. Don't bother with a side salad unless you like a lot of shredded carrot over lettuce. That's all it is. This place goes overboard with shredded carrot on their dishes. Finally, all this could have been avoided if I took the time to read the county food safety inspection score. I refuse to eat at any establishment with a score below 90 (especially during Covid). Take a look before deciding to dine here and keep in mind there are better options for this type of eatery within just a few minutes drive.

Kuroshio was somewhere new we wanted to try but after waiting for about 45 minutes to get seated, we ended up going somewhere else to eat Not the best place for dining on a Saturday night, especially with kids They do not take reservations. Possibly good for take-out, but it did not fit our needs this evening
