His Majesty Coach took our preschool staff, parents, and children to the Atlanta Zoo on April 22. Terrence, our driver, was timely, friendly, and he showed a cute children's movie during the trip. Our students loved the bus ride. The company's owners and staff are kind, thoughtful, easy to work with, and outstanding stewards of the community. We look forward to using them for all of our trips. We used this company for a school field trip and students found a magazine of ammunition on the bus. The company said they we're 'only dummies' but I cannot verify that. They apologized only when I called to complain.
Just returned from a trip to NYC & Washington D.C with 3 coaches from His Majesty Coaches. The owner drove one of our buses on the way to NYC & was talking constantly on his cellphone without using a hands-free device. ( Which is against the law) Another bus had an air leak which wasn’t the companies fault but they waited almost 24 hrs to get it fixed & almost cost us our performance in Washington D.C. We were delayed about 4 hrs & missed two stops on our trip. Owner was notified & blamed us for everything.... Total Jerk! On the way home from our trip there was a driver change. The new driver of bus #1 was a terrible driver. He was constantly braking hard & swerving as if he was under the influence of drugs. He also ran one red light & stalled the bus at night on a hill endangering our students & parents on a busy interstate. Terrible experience for our amazing high school band program. After many decades of using coaches this was the worst experience ever.... The award winning Gilmer High School Marching Band deserves better than this. Do your homework before using this coach line.
