Spoke to Louis prior to visiting the dealership. He confirmed a few of the vehicles that I was interested in was available. When I arrived I was introduced to Nick who turned out to be a great guy. Great salesman! Knew everything about the vehicle I was looking at and went out his way to show me all the available Yukon Denali's with the specific options I was looking for. He was very patient while my wife and I were bickering back and forth about which vehicle to get. Essentially Nick's opinions helped us decide and we purchased our vehicle the same day. Nick was a straight up gentleman and has a great sense of humor! Louis was also a gentleman. Very knowledgeable about his inventory of units in stock and in transit!
Emmanuel did an awesome job with us, I never spoke with anyone beside your secretary so I walked in and he helped us. We’re very pleased with our experience from the beginning to the end. We’ll definitely be doing business again also I’ve told my salon customers about my experience and I had to give them specific directions on how to get there and who to speak with. Pretty shocking that not a single employee in this dealership was wearing a mask. It's very clear they do not care about the health and safety of their customers - sales people will walk right up to you with no mask, no shield, and no physical divider. I am appalled.
I purchased my truck (Chuck the Truck) used from Carl Black Kennesaw 15 years ago. The purchase experience was wonderful, and 15 years of ownership has been even better. I'm about to hit 300,000 relatively trouble free miles and this truck has definitely earned the title \Professional Grade\. Other than regular maintenance there have been very few problems. Original drive-train, original AC, a couple of brake jobs, and maybe 4 sets of tires and it still looks and runs almost as well as the day I drove it off the lot. Thanks Carl Black, if this one ever wears out, I'll be back!
