I love this Legacy Yoga Studio! Vidal is a Master Teacher and his team are all compassionate intelligent instructors. Do you have any resistance to practicing hot yoga? Start where you are, and walk in this door. You will be met with a hurricane of love.
First time doing Hot Yoga with Lakeview. Great experience. I feel rejuvenated
When I was waiting outside before the class the teacher (Sharya, I think) said “you’re either in or out, so if you’re going to come in, come in now or not at all”. When I paused in a resting pose she told me repeatedly “you need to follow along with the class”.
This place, especially Vidal, makes starting and continuing Yoga fun and exciting. I also like that the classes are made of people from so many nations. Thank you.
