I would 100% recommend this river rafting company to anyone who is traveling near Cooper Landing. Kenai River dog rafting is locally owned by Kayce. She was so amazing and great with kids. She was very informative and was prepared with extra gear (rain jackets, blankets, life vest, and rain boots). We got to see 3 brown bears at the end. We were really impressed by how hard Kayce worked when she rowed against the current so we could get a closer look at some bears!

Did a last minute trip with Kenai River dog on our trip to Seward (1.5 hr float down the Kenai River from Cooper Landing). Hannah was our guide and was great. She was friendly and knowledge about the area while making sure we had a good time!

Had an awesome time with Kayce on a Kenai River Dog rafting trip. It was relaxing and fun, and the scenery from the beautiful blue river was great. We passed some other boats that looked way more crowded and it made me glad to be with a smaller more personal company and just 5 of us on board total. We saw a variety of wildlife up close during the float too. We also totally lucked out and had an amazing musician who was also on the trip who brought their guitar and played for us. This felt like one of those rare local secrets that I lucked out and discovered on my visit to Cooper Landing.

One of the best tours down the river! Hannah is funny, and full of knowledge of the river!

How much fun can you have on a rainy weekday? Turns out, LOTS. At the last minute, decided to go on a Kenai River float trip with Kayce, the owner, and another random family. While I was a solo, Kayce and the family were super fun and welcoming. We were all just looking to have a good time. It rained the entire trip. But it didn't matter. We put on rain gear (Kayce had more than enough to help cover gaps), jumped on the raft, and were on our way. It was relaxing and beautiful, even in the rain. Kayce made sure everyone was comfortable and warm throughout the trip. We saw bald eagles, and more bald eagles, so many bald eagles, it really was amazing. The kids on the trip were counting, and I think they missed some, because there were just too many to keep track of. What a tough problem to have, right? Kayce is a fun and knowledgeable guide, who clearly loves what she does. The trip was professional and safe, and lots of fun. When on the Kenai Peninsula, a float down the river is well worth your time. While there are many raft companies, there is only one Riverdog!
